Paula Orologas is a lifelong learner and educator who has spent the last 30 years helping individuals and organizations reach their potential. She has a background in human development, sales and technology and loves thinking about how to provide meaningful learning and growth experiences.

She is currently the VP of Learning and Development for the North American Client Group of The Capital Group Companies, an investment management firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California. In the 17 years with The Capital Group, she has led associate technical and professional development for sales, marketing, product, and IT.

Prior to Capital Group, Paula was the VP of Learning for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in Anaheim, CA. She was also one of the founding members of LeapIt.com, an online education community where she was the Editor-in-Chief and led editorial, operations, and product teams. Prior to that she was the Director of Channel Product Marketing at Sylvan Prometric in Baltimore, MD and the Global Product Manager of education and certifications for Novell, Inc.

Paula has a MS in Executive Leadership from University of San Diego, MA in Education and Human Development from George Washington University, and a BS in Management Information Systems from Seton Hall University.
