Young Actors Academy - Tuesdays

This beginning- to intermediate-level class introduces and builds upon fundamental acting techniques and terminology through theatre games, sensory exercises, and script work. Students learn concentration, listening skills, communication, empathy, character development, diction, scene study, monologues, improv techniques, audition skills, and how to behave logically and naturally onstage.

Venture Into Voiceover - Tuesdays (ONLINE ONLY)

This innovative class introduces performers to the world of voice acting through videos, script work, interactive group Zoom sessions, and individual evaluations. Learn how to create distinct characters and voices while acting on mic for commercials, narration, readers theatre, audio books, and animation. Voice acting is a valuable and fun skill for your actor toolkit!

Teen Improv Troupe - Fridays

(Age Range: 13-18)   Times: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

For teens who want to learn more about improv as a performance medium, this class provides a fun and supportive environment to practice acting, storytelling, teamwork, and comedy skills. Through theatre games and exercises that help students think on their feet and out of the box, students will zero in on scene work, focus, listening skills, characters, and creating an environment. Class culminates in a “Whose Line Is It Anyway” type of performance for an audience.
