My Story
Ed Hart is a Southern California native, with close to 40 years of experience in family business,
corporate leadership, public speaking, sports management, sales and sales leadership,
nonprofit work, strategy, and coaching, and is passionate about leading people to become
their best, to find their potential, and to create a lasting positive impact on their teams,
communities, and families. He believes our focus should be on adding value and serving others. His
greatest joy in his career has been finding and developing the next generation of leaders, and
difference makers.

Grace, influence, service, love, relationships, collaboration, positivity, advocacy, resiliency…
these are just a few of Ed's favorite words, and the forces that guide all that he does in his own life,
and what he strives to help others accomplish in their lives, as well.

Ed loves everything about people - their talents, their weaknesses, their strengths, their
passions, their shortcomings. He loves it all. Ed finds joy in every person he meets, and strives to put a
smile on the faces of everyone with whom he comes in contact each day.

Ed has been a family business and leadership coach for 3 decades and has worked with
countless nonprofit organizations in developing their strategies, missions, and fundraising
efforts. He serves as the Board Chair for the Institute for Community Impact (Passkeys Foundation), and as a board member on Team Kids, Pacific Symphony and the Small Business Diversity Network.

Ed is a member of the National Speakers Association, host of the From the Hart Podcast, author of three books, and a grandpa to 12! He and his wife Laurieann love family time, golf, Dodger baseball, and "windshield time".
